Chronollection, a French company, registered with the Trade and Companies of Paris under number 801 533 597 00010 (SIRET), whose registered office is located at 20 rue des Petits Champs 75002 Paris ("Chronollection") is the operator of the site and can be found at: www.chronollection.com (the "Site""), which connects watch professionals (the "Professionals") and web users on the Site ("Users") offering watch products for sale ("Products") with users.
Chronollection does not sell any product. Professionals only offer the products.
In addition to the definitions contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use for the purposes hereof, the following terms are defined as follows:
"Advert" : means the offer to sell any Product posted by a professional on a Dedicated Space
"Content" : means any file, logo, video, image, sound, photograph, text, hyperlinks, advertising content and other information contained in the Site. "Intellectual Property Rights" means copyright, trademark law, patent law and right designs under any Content or Product.
"Dedicated Area" : means all the pages of the Site on which the Professional posts certain Content, including ads.
"Service" : means any service offered by Chronollection under the conditions defined by the Terms and Conditions.
"Product" means any watch product and / or accessory offered for sale by Professionals.
"Professional": means any professional from the watchmaking sector publishing ads on the site for the sale of its products.
"User": means a person that browses the Site and has access to the contents, including the ads.
By using the Site you declare and guaranty that:
(A) any information provided in your application is true and correct,
(B) you will maintain the accuracy of such information if required by changing your User account.
(C) your use of the Site does not violate any law or regulation, including intellectual property rights.
Chronollection reserves itself the right to delete the professionals Dedicated Space without notice and without prejudice to Chronollection's rights, if it does not meet the Chronollection Quality Charter whose conditions are explained in Article 8.

8. Chronollection Quality Charter
By registering on the Chronollection website, The Professional declares and adheres to the following commitments (the "Chronollection Quality Charter"):
- The Professional is a professional watch trader.
- The Professional is able to issue any invoice in accordance with the regulations that apply to it.
- The Professional is covered by all insurance necessary for the exercise of his profession.
- The Professional has the necessary expertise for the sales of timepieces.
- The Professional certifies that the information contained in its ads are accurate and that the contents are not misleading.
- The Professional certifies that all the Content of its dedicated space does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- The Professional agrees to stipulate weather the products are new or used and provides a state of use if the product is used.
- The Professional certifies that the products are not counterfeit products under any Intellectual Property Rights of third parties.
- The Professional certifies the lawful origin of products.
- The Professional certifies that the products offered in the ads are actually available for sale to users.
- The Professional agrees not to use the coordinates of a user for the purpose of selling the product for which it has entered into a relationship with him.
- The Professional shall not assign, transfer or lease the details of the User to any third party whatsoever,. The Professional agrees not to keep the details of the user after the transaction
9. Chronollections Obligations
Chronollection can be held as that of an obligation of means regarding the operation of the Site.
Chronollection can not be held responsible for any disorder related to the transmission of data between Users and Professionals.
Chronollection reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to its services for technical reasons or maintenance. Therefore these operations are not eligible for any compensation.
Chronollection has no control of the contents of Ads posted by professionals and no moderation regarding instant chats between Users and Professionals.
10. Relationship between Chronollection and Professional
Chronollection and professionals are independent parties, each acting in its name and for its own account: no warrants exist between them.
Chronollection does not get involved in any way in the sale of the Products.
Chronollection has no control over the quality, suitability, safety or legality of the Products and Announcements.
11. Intellectual Property
Chronollection and its assignees retain ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in the Content of the Site owned.
Professionals or their beneficiaries are owners of their contents Dedicated Space.
Users can retrieve, reuse or modify any Site Content

12.1 All Goods purchased through Chronollection are covered under a one year guaranty.
12.2 In case a repair is necessary, please contact us for a return authorization number (RA). This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. Kindly include a copy of your Certificate of Authentication, or the receipt, a detailed letter indicating the problem, the return address, telephone number and e-mail address.
12.3 The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
12.4 We will repair or replace (at our option), as our experts deem necessary free of charge the movement of your watch if such proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
12.5 Shipping and insurance costs for warranty returns must be pre-paid and insured by the consumer. We do not cover accidental damage or loss during shipment.
12.6 Our warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, broken crystals, leather, fabric or rubber straps, water or moisture entering the watch movement due to exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations.
12.7 Our warranty does not apply to damage of a serious nature, caused by inappropriate use or mistreatment of your watch.
12.8 Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all guaranties.
12.9 The Warranty does not cover theft or loss of your watch, normal wear-and-tear, damage caused to your watch by accidents, mishandling, mistreatment or negligence (including, without limitation, damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer and/or our instructions).
12.10 Your Warranty will be registered to your current postal address. To ensure your Warranty remains valid, please make sure that you inform us of any changes to your contact details without delay, including your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
12.11 If your watch is returned to us due to a valid claim against our Warranty while it is still protected by the manufacturer warranty, we reserve the right to proceed with the works through the manufacturer warranty in the first instance.
12.12 Your Warranty will be invalidated in the event that a third party carries out any tests or work on your watch (including, without limitation, dismantling your watch to carry out an inspection) without our prior knowledge and consent. The use of aftermarket components can severely compromise the technical performance, reliability and waterproofness of your watch. Any modification of your watch by the addition or substitution of components by aftermarket products that have not been provided by the manufacturer will invalidate your Warranty.
12.13 We have the final decision on all claims against our Warranty. If any dispute arises in connection with the Warranty, we reserve the right to instruct an independent third party watchmaker nominated by us to determine the issues in dispute, though are under no obligation to do so. The conclusion in the report to be provided by the third party will be binding as between the parties. Please note that the recommendations of the manufacturer are expressly excluded for the purposes of our Warranty, where such recommendations conflict with our advice.
12.14 Delivery of the watch will be completed when we deliver the watch to the address given in your order or when the watch is collected from our offices (by you or your representative).If you arrange for a courier to collect the watch, delivery will be completed when the watch is collected from our offices. This means that we will not be responsible if the watch is lost or damaged in the course of transit. The watch will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
12.15 If we are unable to carry out work on your watch in our workshop (for example, because your watch is still covered by its original manufacturer warranty) or because we cannot source the essential parts required for your watch, we may need to outsource your watch to a manufacturer. We do not provide a warranty where the work is completed by a manufacturer
13. Certificate of authenticity
All watches available for sale have been selected and certified by our professional partners in order to avoid counterfeiting.
14. Serviced watches
All watches offered on the Private Club have been serviced and checked prior to the sale.
15. Conduct of Users and Professionals
You guaranty that the Content on the Site does not infringe third party rights or are contrary to the law and regulations. Any Content to intimidate, harass or exploit others or encourage a criminal act will be immediately removed from the site and engage the responsibility of their author.
In case of violation of the law and regulations, Chronollection reserves the right to take appropriate action, including court if necessary.
16. Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions of the services offered by Chronollection to the professionals are defined in the terms of the General Conditions of Sale.
We are careful to respect the privacy of our users.
By using the Site, you agree that your data may be transferred and processed outside the European Union but also to the United States (for example).
18. Limitation of Liability
In no event chronollection or its officers, employees or agents are liable for any indirect damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the site or the service, any site content or other items accessible or downloaded from the site, even if chronollection is aware or has been advised of the possibility of such damages. more particularly chronollection may, in no event be liable in any manner whatsoever for the completion of any transaction between a professional and any user. chronollection may not be held responsible for the on-line content by professionals and users and returning any content on the third party sites. chronollection does not warrant the state of use, operation, the origin of products. chronollection does not warrant that the users commitments made by professionals under chronollections charter of quality will be respected or that the situation of the professional present or future meets the requirements of chronollections charter of quality. notwithstanding anything in this agreement, the liability of respect your chronollection whatever the basis and the form of the action, is at all times limited to the amount paid by you, if any, in the extent of 1000 euros. if you use the site for free, you agree that your repairs are limited to the measures taken by chronollection in compliance with applicable law, and that you are not entitled to any compensation from Chronollection.

Except in the case of application of a mandatory law - which only applies to the extent strictly in purpose, it is expressly stipulated that (i) these Terms & Conditions are subject to French law and (ii ) any dispute between you and Chronollection under use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
